Welcome to C2 Commercial Cleaning PTY LTD. By accessing our website and using our commercial cleaning services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
1.1 We provide commercial cleaning offices, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, retail spaces, and industrial sites across Victoria, tailored to the specific needs of businesses.
1.2 Services are delivered as per our agreements, proposals, or contracts.
1.3 Any additional services outside the agreed scope must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.
2.1 Bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or online forms.
2.2 A minimum notice of 12 Hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the scheduled service cost.
2.3 If access to the premises is not provided at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.
3.1 All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date. Any overdue payments may incur a late fee of 10% per annum, calculated monthly on the outstanding amount, starting from the 8th day after the invoice date.
3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received on time.
4.1 We comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (VIC) and all relevant workplace safety regulations.
4.2 The client must ensure a safe working environment, including access to electricity, water, and secure premises.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for our staff.
5.1 We maintain public liability insurance for damages caused by our negligence.
5.2 We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by improper maintenance of the premises.
5.3 Any claims for damage must be reported in writing within 2 days of service completion.
6.1 The client must provide accurate details regarding site access, security, and specific cleaning requirements.
6.2 All valuables should be secured before cleaning services commence.
6.3 If special equipment or cleaning products are required, the client must notify us in advance.
7.1 Either party may terminate ongoing services with 7 days written notice.
7.2 We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of contract breaches, non-payment, or unsafe working conditions.
8.1 We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
8.2 Any personal information provided to us will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
9.1 We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10.2 Any legal matters arising from these terms will be handled under the jurisdiction of Victorian courts or tribunals.
